I’m an unusual hybrid of an artist, technologist, creator and healer. I received my Master of Arts degree from JFK University and my Master of Engineering degree from Tulane University. I’ve spent decades as a software designer/programmer, award winning film maker, celebrated video game developer, author, teacher, columnist and engineering manager. In 2013, I became an exhibiting artist at the New York Museum of Modern Art.
You may have caught me on TV, in the news, on talk-radio or even in the movies. During my long and storied journey over many years and multiple careers in Silicon Valley, I’ve cultivated a unique skill set and the uncanny ability to connect with a remarkable variety of people in all kinds of circumstances. As a scientist, manager and communicator I relate smoothly with engineers, managers, designers, digital artists, marketers and salespeople as well as their spouses, children, parents and grandparents… each in their own frame of reference.
Add my accepting nature and relentless curiosity and it’s easy to see why I choose to enlist my eclectic skill set in the service of others as a psychotherapist. I’m currently very happy working in private practice where I focus on the unique needs of Silicon Valley’s Hi-Tech community. I also work with alternative sexuality and lifestyle clients as well as deeply troubled teens.
